Refund & Cancellation Policy

Current app functionality

The current ASFA app does not collect payments or offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, checkout or ticket bookings. There are therefore no app purchase transactions to cancel or refund through ASFA.

Payments to third parties

For any payment made directly to an organiser, sponsor or external website, request cancellation or a refund from the provider that received the payment. Keep your receipt and review that provider’s terms.

Cancelled or rescheduled matches

A change to a match listing does not automatically initiate a refund. Any ticket or participation-fee question should be addressed to the event organiser using the contact information provided for the tournament.

Future paid features

If paid services are introduced, applicable cancellation conditions, refund eligibility and processing information should be disclosed before payment. Nothing on this page removes rights available under applicable law.
